FIFA 20 CRASHES TO DESKTOP

FIFA 20 IS CRASHING TO DESKTOP WITH NO ERROR.

When playing , in the middle of the game, it just freezes for a second and then exits to desktop. I have tried everything from updating drivers, to messing arround with BIOS configurations. NO RESULT !

I have hardware configuration, which is not bad at all

NVIDIA gtx 1050

16 gb ram

but i don't think the problem is in the hardware, because i am playing other "heavy" games as well.

EA, please suggest some steps to resolve this issue !

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Right click the game in Origin and then Repair
Download and install all available Windows updates
Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
