Online season game keeps freezing

Please help. My game works fine on my xbox one until I play a game in season. Every game starts then it freezes, it then loses audio and I cant do anything other than restarting my console. Go back into a different online season match and it happens all over again

Hi @begleyAFC,

Can you try these steps please, from the Xbox dashboard select Settings- All Settings- Network- Network Settings- Advanced Settings- Alternate MAC address - Clear- Restart. Then let me know if this persists?
