i have purchased fifa points digital code form amazon.. and have redeemed it from the store, it was redeemed.

but nothing was received yet on my ultimate team account so far .. can someone help or point me where i can search !!

So ... for everyone who has this same issue, after long wait and long chat sessions with EA support, nothing useful was provided, so i decided to look somewhere else, I've found the issue, it's something EA didn't make it clear, its about the region, my PS account is a USA account, and I've bought the EMEA Fifa CD, so it's not the same region, for some stupid limits from EA, a user can't redeem FIFA points from another region, so if u have USA account and you moved out of the US and wants to buy/redeem something, u won't be able to do it unless u get the US region (Something).

i had to sell the FIFA i have and buy it again from US store, so I could get my FIFA point

Thanks, EA for NOTHING and for making it hard of ur customers year by year...
