When trying to log into fifa on a new psn account my game freezes when connecting to the ea servers and nothing happens like usual. Unable to start a new ultimate team because of this

Hi @olly01001,

That's odd, can you try changing your DNS address in the network settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 please and let me know if that helps?
