I am unable to connect to companion app.

It says early web and mobile access has expired. I downloaded the game today and logged in to fut on my xbox. It still won't let me use my companion app after 3 hours.

Hi @jcostello1122,

Do you have a cogwheel icon in the top corner? Click that and make sure you're on the right persona.

It's also possible you haven't earned access yet, but you should after playing some games.
