1. The youth: players from other teams don’t grow fast enough so when they’re aged 21 they are still at a really low rating between 60-73. You don’t scout enough youth players with potential youth of 80-94 and why have it at 94 it’s a random number, why not have it at least at 95.

2. Big team players: big teams always seem to play they’re best squad, should they not have to rotate their squads as well due to stamina and the amount of games their players have played. Big teams always seem to play their best teams in the Domestic cups, but most of the big teams in real life rotate their squads and give some of their youngsters a field out to gain experience.

3. Faulty gaming: when you play career mode, nearly every year or even 2 or 3 times a year, you will have to play 2 games on the same day, next day or even 3 games on the bounce, this is not acceptable my players are getting too tired to play and injured very easily.

4. Constant moaning: I am sick to death of players constantly moan because they’re not getting enough game time, a player can have 40 appearance a season and still be unhappy with the amount of game time, rotation players can have 30 appearances a season but still moaning for more game time, rotation and sporadic players should be getting 10-25 appearances a season no more and that’s if you’re all the competitions.

5. Managerial jobs: you never seem to get offered new club managerial job contracts anymore, it only ever seems to be every 3-4 years and by that time, you are probably wanting to stay with your current club because of the team you have created their. It’s time for EA to start making the career mode more realistic and what I mean by that is; seeing other managers moving to clubs  such as pep guardiola moving back to Barca, Jose mourinho going Piemonte calcio.

6. Board expectations: most of the time your board expectations are completely unrealistic to complete. Youth development most of the time is near impossible to complete because of your sheer lack of youth and when you do get your youth players because they are really low rated, you’re not going to play them in 30-50%  of games in a season. If your playing with a team such as Oldham it is near impossible to buy players at first, so signing a first team forward is going to be hard, considering you spend pretty much all your money on a youth scout. If you win the champions league with a low team 9/10 next season they will still expect you to win the champions league, even though in real life if your at a low team it would be completely unrealistic expectations; even though you had just won it and same with domestic success. If you are at a lower league team especially if your playing with a league 1 or league 2 due to your low financial sums for the lower team is near impossible to make over 15 million in a year, so when you get this board expectation it is pretty unrealistic to hit that target. 

their are loads more problems and technical difficulties with career mode and people keep on telling you the problems year in and year out but you never seem to listen to what your customers want? Career mode is a half hearted set up and needs sorting.
