Team I've had every edition since FUT13 is not there when i load FUT20
Every time I get a new edition of FIFA, I go to FUT, it says "welcome back, here's your team, here's some loyalty packs, now let's build your squad". In FIFA20 it puts up some error about EAS FC Catalogue Update 1 then says "hey, welcome to FUT, here's a complete demo of what it is and here's a brand new team name for you - let's build a squad"
Where is AFC Ballywonard (Est Jan 2013), and where are my loyalty packs?
I've tried the online chat support twice - first time they told me what I was getting was meant to happen, the second dropped connection.
Please help.
