Lost coins, bidding problem
Hello EA community managers
I had an issue today with my companion app which i use everyday for the last 3 years, i was bidding on one player ( muller the spacial card ) i reached 153000 coins on bidding when suddenly the app went slaw for few seconds then I was about to continue bidding on this card but what i saw was shocking for me I found the bidding that I made which was 153000 coins went to another player who worths 50000 coins only ( future star Martinez) by that i lost 103000 coins , I attached an immediate picture of that , then i talked to ea Help after they checked everything they advised me to contact you and report it here , I asked them to email me the case number and the link but i have not received anything yet
kindly help me to get my coins back
