Every time I go in to any online match on any mode I disconnect immediately

Every time I go in to an online game on fifa 20, whether that be UT or Pro clubs I disconnect immediately before kick off. I don’t disconnect from the EA servers, and I have no connection issues with any other games. Is there any reason for this or is there a way I can resolve this?

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @heronipepperoni  and as such I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

 

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
