FIFA 2020 BLACK SCREEN

Hi,

 

I have Geforce GTX 1050 TI And 16 GB Ram , Intel 4400 3.30Ghz 64 Bit - Windows 10.

 

After click on play game, a black screen was open and nothing happen. how can fix this problem ?

 

My system can run most of new games, i dont see a game can't be running on my system. But I really have problem with ea games at all.

Ea Games not be optimize in most of systems.

Hey @pedroxam 

Let's start by running the  System File Checker in Windows 10 to look for any issues: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/4026529/windows-10-using-system-file-checker

 

Once done launch the game again and check if the issue remains.
