@Daanbanaan2003 if you opened the pack before 6pm UK time Friday then you need to create a case and wait for them to investigate. Takes time but they can literally see every player you pack and at what time. If you did the sbc but waited until after 6pm UK time fri to open the pack then that’s why it’s regular reus
