I have a very strange problem

it started 2 months ago but still its happening !

My system config is ,

Intel core i7 8700

16 GB Corsair 3200MHz RAM

Nvidia GTX970

Samsung 500GB SSD

Acer 144Hz monitor

Whenever I start fifa it started to lag very badly , even I stay offline it still lags the same way

I am getting 230+ fps but my screen lags very badly , players can't move and I can't make a single 1st touch , everytime I press a button my player do that action after a second touch

everytime my players receive the ball , the ball goes 2-3 feet away from them instantly even with TOTY Messi , Moments R9

I am facing this serious lag from last 2 months and basically fifa 20 became unplayable for me , every match I am losing

CAN anyone help me with this ?
