Unable to log in my account

I am only posting here as I have no where else to go.
after waiting for 3 days. (Since filing a report one 24 December) I have not received a reply. I am still unable to login to my account.

this all happened after I bought usd100 fifa credits to open packs.

all the support outlets did not offer any reply and I don’t see an online chat option at all.

After 5 days. Ea has changed my case status to resolved but I have not been contacted.
I have created another case but still no response yet.
