fifa 20 crashing when going into online games (PC) (xbox controller)
I have had this issue for a while now and i can go into squad battles and offline things, but when i go into an online gamemode, my game freezes for a bit, then crashes. I tried the DS4 thing but i think it only works with ps4 controllers. Any help would be appreciated

there is no error message, it just freezes for a bit then crashes

I have the exact same stuff.
Crashs sometimes at launch when connecting to internet, or else in fut rivals when I try to play online. I update drivers, i have it 9700k and rtx 2060 super. Very stable in all other softwares. Just bought the game, very disappointed, any chance i can get a refund if this doesnt get fixed ?attached dxdiag and also i already tried repear. I used ps4 controler with ds4.

Have you tried reinstalling the game?
Make sure your drivers are up to date and your computer meets hardware requirements.
Try to open Origin and game as Administrator.
Go to your library, then click on fifa by RMB and choose repair.
Preform a Clean Boot and Clear Origin Cache
Try to open windows in clean boot mode, then open the game and check if it run correctly.

Hey @judedude19.
Have you been seeing any error messages at all when the game crashes? Have you had a chance to try repairing the game in Origin to see if that makes a difference at all? If you right-click on FIFA 20 in your Origin Library you should see a Repair option in the menu that comes up.
