Most of my shots hit the post. Am I doing something wrong?

I know shooting was nerfed, but this is ridiculous, I either hit the post or the goalkeeper if I aim it closer to the center even 1v1 with players like Neymar and Crespo. Finesse, regular shot, doesn't matter. Is there a new technique to score 1v1's or you just have to pray?

I find low driven shots to be the most effective in those situations, but you need to time them well.
