Your brother have buy Fifa 20? A game is affiliate to an EA account so if he don't buy the game he can't play to the game even if the game is install on your ps4.

Hey @samisyed80 can you try to manually run the VC++ installer from the Origin installation folder - the default location for this folder is

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin

From this folder, run one of both files:

• vcredist_x86_vs2015 (for 32bit Windows version)
• vcredist_x64_vs2015 (for 64bit Windows version)
•  

If you get the message that the files are already installed, select Repair instead. It is recommended to run the installer as administrator (right-click the file, select run as admin).

He would just need to create his own PSN ID and link it to an Origin account to play with the disc version.

If you have the digital version of FIFA rather than the disc, as long as the PS4 is set as your primary console any PSN ID conencting should be able to run it on that PS4 if they own the game or not.
