Suspended FUT account
so i was suspended for 24 hours, i was told by an EA advisor once i came into FUT i would of had a new team name. Unfortunately i still have the same UT team which means imma keep getting banned when i beat a salty kid.

Is it possible for anyone here from EA able to change my team name? The last time it forced me to change it now I'm stuck where I'm always at a risk of getting banned. Don't understand why you only allowed to change your team name once, and i get lied too by and EA representative.
