Need help, EA support team lying and in breach of consumer rights
I joined twitch prime to get free rewards, not received anything. The only thing the online chat team told me was wait while someone looks into it. Still nothing. I spent my day playing Fifa 20 trying to achieve xp and pack rewards from milestones, season objectives etc. I eventually reached level 9 and didn’t receive any reward and had completed a few other tasks to which I received no awards for either. I contacted EA again and this time was being told lies of when I had redeemed these rewards and apparently had put them into an SBC last night. Which is impossible as I only achieved these awards around an hour ago. I was told that they can’t do anything from their end. Both of these situations are a complete breach of consumer rights act unfair trading regulations 2008. I have been promised rewards for sign up to twitch prime, a reward not fulfilled. I have paid for a product and service which clearly misleading as EA again haven’t held their end of the deal. Anyone able to help get this situation resolved without having to go down a legal route?

connor (21/02/2020, 17:13:26): I have spent a few hours working away to achieve this I never got the reward so I contacted EA and so far all I have been told is lies about what packs and when I submitted apparent SBCs with the content from these packs. I would like to take this higher up as under the Consumer Protection act
