Incorrect Login Verification email
Every time I try to play Fifa 20, I'm prompted with a login verification - however, the email associated with the account is uo*****@yomaill.info which is completely random and different from the email associated with my Gamertag, my Xbox, and my ea account. There is no option to change the email/username and obviously the app authenticator doesn't work because it's an email completely separate from my account. I've done just about everything I can to try to link my ea with this Xbox, but the proper email never comes up in the login verification.
Any advice? Even a phone number for contact support would be greatly appreciated. Kind of ridiculous the amount I spend on both the game and the EA access subscription and yet nothing works and I can't get a hold of anyone for help.

Filling out an online form is proving a waste of time. EA are just creating a smokescreen to make you feel the problem is at your end.
I bought FIFA 20 for the PS4 on the PS Store on 03/06/20. I completed download on 04/06/20. When I started the game the first thing it wanted me to do was sign into the EA server. At this point I did not have an EA account nor had I ever had one, I have avoided EA since buying FIFA Street for £40 in 2014 only to discover it had a save wiping bug that was never fixed.
So strangely the game believed my email address was xv*****@emphasis.10mail.org and wanted to send a confirmation code to it. This is not my email address nor ever has been. Despite the fact that I do not have any interest in the games online features, I could not play the game without the confirmation code to sign into the server.
This email address has never been associated with any of my other games before, nor have I ever had any technical issues with any of the 40+ games I have bought for PS4. My email address is the only email address I have ever used.
I was worried my PS4 gamertag had somehow been duplicated and associated with the random email address, so went to the length of changing it. Still FIFA 20 associated me with the random email address. I created an EA account but this did not solve the issue either. At this point I got in contact with EA support.
I entered a live chat with an EA support assistant as EA do not provide a phone number to ring. I followed all the steps he provided me yet it did not fix the issue. The assistant stated it was fixed at their end, I told him FIFA 20 still wanted to send my confirmation code to the random email address so it wasn’t, but he just ended the chat with "enjoy your game ☺", despite me still begging for help.
So I entered a second live chat with a different support assistant, had to provide the same details all over again, followed all the steps again and when he could not fix the issue, ended the chat with "enjoy your game ☺", despite me still begging for help once again.
I then filled out an online form designed so you send all the details they will need to fix the issue. I got a response the next day stating I did not provide enough information so they are closing my case.
I filled out another online form, providing every detail of the entire incident. The responses so far have been to ask me for my email THREE TIMES despite that it had been already been provided in the online form.
EA are well aware of this issue –

The problem is purely at EA's end, I have not been hacked, I did not have an EA account when this issue occurred. My PS4 account has also not been hacked. I am exhausted having my case repeatedly closed by EA without the issue being solved, all while I am currently moving home. This is nothing less than fraud for EA to sell the game knowing it is unplayable and broken for so many players, then providing no support to fix the issue.
