Need help with ea fifa 20

So I haven’t played FIFA since 2017 and IM signed in on an old email back then, I don’t know what that email Is anymore and now I’m trying to play fifa 20 it’s asking me to sign into that email I no longer know the password and the email so I cannot connect to the ea services to even play the game
