For all who have 'error connecting to FIFA 20 ultimate team' message
We need all issues in one place so our cases can get sorted out
My issue
1. Kicked out of draft when servers went down 29/01/20
2. Can't connect to FUT since
3. I can connect to all other FIFA game modes, servers etc
Troubleshooting steps I have taken
1. All basic steps - power cycle Xbox, removed profile, re-installed FIFA etc, etc, etc
2. Changed DNS, Port forwarding, reset the router, tried hotspot (basically rules out connection issue in my eyes), every other connection troubleshooting step
3. Tried on another XBOX
What I have found out
I created a second profile on the same Xbox and that profile can connect to FUT without issue, for me, this shows that it is an account issue and the account bugged somehow.
My Gamertag is Vividcolt347777 on Xbox
Hopefully, a solution can be found quickly as a lot of time has been spent on this account
