Fifa 20 Flair Shot - no luck

Hey Guys! I have fifa 20 and I am not able to perform a flair shot. I have seen so many tutorials and have 3 controllers. I have tried many combinations of keys besides LT+Square, with dybala, Zaha, Di Maria in practice arena, Fut squad battles and division rivals games. Absolutely no luck of performing a single flair shot or pass. Am I missing something here? Does anybody have the same problem? Fut20 Ps4

@Spandarmad I really struggled with this as well whilst trying to do the 'light the flair' challenge. In the end I got a 4* skill player in some space in the box and flicked the ball up (pushed in Right Stick) and then volleyed whilst holding LT (I'm on xbox). I still can't do a proper flair shot but those goals counted for the purpose of the challenge.
