I can not login FUT mode

I can not login to my FUT team.

issue:We are sorry but there has been an error connecting to FIFA 20 Ultimate Team. You will be returned to the FIFA 20 main menu.

Detail: My FUT team got baned for 7days, after that my account unbaned, but I still can not connect to my FUT team, I tried my friend's ID in my PC, it was work. Please help me to solve this problem Cade.
