I got hacked and lost 500k
I got hacked and the person got rid of my 91 griezmann my 91 ter stegen and 93 thiago ( they were all trade able)and 100k worth of coins, months of grinding to get this. I am div 9 going into div 10 quite often and this has taken me forever to grind to. I even had 2fa please ea help me get my stuff back.

I have lost in excess of a 1 million in players and coins through my account being hacked. I was compensated a measly 131k after a month of waiting. I have submitted a dispute to EA stating that this is no where near enough. I will wait to hear the outcome but not holding my breathe. I will no longer be paying for any fifa points or content going forward and depending on the outcome whether I will be making any EA purchases again. Not a happy gamer.

They are unfortunaly no other way. Withe Covid-19 answer can take little time.

If you haven't already, please speak with an EA Adviser through the contact site here. They will be able to look into your issue and provide you with further assistance.
I'd also advise changing your account password and Security Question, to ensure that your account is secure.

Sadly it wasn't an account ban the person logged into my account and got rid of my top players and must have transferred the coins somewhere as they were missing when i logged in
