Hi,I am unable to access my old account as I no longer have access to my old email.I made a new account because of this.I have tried 6 times now with the web form for account recovery and I keep getting the exact,word for word,reply from different advisors that they closed my ticket.It would be nice to actually talk to someone as I have spent a fair bit of money on games that I cannot play.
