Losing connection from EA servers with great network connection
I have been trying to directly contact EA for 3 days, and every single contact option on EA's website leads to either an error screen or a menu with other questions and answers that aren't helpful. That is why I am typing my problem here, I hope someone from EA will actually respond to me and help me out because nothing on your site or social media has been helpful in any way.
I played all 30 games of weekend league on my FUT account this weekend. During 4 separate games, my match started lagging and then disconnected suddenly. It either gave me a disconnection alert and then said that my match result was under review, or it ended the match as a draw once it disconnected. Each time the match didn't count as a win and one of my remaining matches to play for weekend league was expended. I was winning or drawing several of these games, and even still they were not counted as wins for weekend league. I have had this issue before and gone to EA Help when it happened (back when I could actually find a place to contact them), and I went through all of their troubleshooting steps and none of their help worked. My PS4 is has wired connection and there haven't been problems like this for any other games, connection has always been very good and that isn't the issue.
I am extremely frustrated by the situation and I want to be given wins for the games that I was disconnected from. I also want help solving this problem that continues to be an issue when I play FUT!
