Help, will I lose my Fifa 20 content? , sorry if this is a dumb question

I had a fut founder account but because of mental health issues I skipped Fifa 19, so when got Fifa 20 I started with a new club, a friend wants to play me on Fifa 19 ultimate team, if I open FIFA 19 ultimate team will I lose my new Fifa 20 club content? Sorry if it is a dumb question, just because my club didn’t carry over I was worried it would attempt to and I’d lose my new content. Cheers in advance

There aren't any dumb question if you don't know answer for this

Your progress in FIFA 20 won't be restarted after playing FIFA 19.
