Disconnected from Fut champs

I was disconnected from fut champs games twice over the weekend and I have proof of this incident happening I missed out on silver 1 because of this.I was winning both games so no need to quit. There surely has to be a compensation after missing out on the premier league team of the season.Hopefully you can resolve a ever present issue in this game
