Can’t get online as it’s showing me an email that isn’t mine
Can anybody help me, Iv sat on the phone for hours and still yet to speak to anybody from ea, it’s showint me an email address that isn’t mine any time I try get on anything online

Really frustrating I only bought the game to play online FUT and can’t get past the login screen because it sends my code to a random email address that is not linked to me in any way, I tried calling EA but gave up after 1 hour 51 minutes into the phone call because I simply don’t have that amount of time spare. Absolutely useless

@Judgefunkyboy i'm not going to be offering much help with this reply, but the wait time is rarely what is shown. I joined the waitlist showing 150 minutes yesterday and it only took me 35 to get connected.
