for some reason my cousins EA account is being used and logged into FIFA 20

Please help me cousins EA account is being used when I start up fifa 20 online and I cannot change it and didnt realise this until today and have been playing for a while now. Is there anyway I cant get my saved fifa 20 data from his account onto mine as I dont want to start FUT all over again! Please get back to me asap thankyou Kind regards Adriano Palermo
