Weekend league game crashed after scoring a header, WHY?

I was playing weekend league and I my game crashed as soon as I scored a header resulting in me missing out on 18 wins for the objective. Why is the game crashing from a simple header.

The same thing happened to me 20 minutes ago in Squad battles. right after scoring a header.
