FUT Founder but Club Vanished moving to FIFA 20

Been playing FIFA Ultimate Team since the beginning, every year. Booted up FIFA 20 and my club has vanished. 

 

Tried to contact EA who could only suggest i post it here after being on chat for an hour.

 

So essentially ive been a FUT founder who's been booted out of the system, no rewards and no loyalty. 

 

Very disappointing. Can anyone help?!

I didn’t know there was a certain number of games that needed to be played? 

could you please show me where that’s stated?

Hi @KingKab20,

Your FUT club only had three games played on it for FIFA 19, that's why you didn't get returning user rewards or your EST date carried over.
