Xbox One Controllers do not work with Fifa 20 - none of my son's Xbox One controllers work with Fifa 20. They work with the Xbox One console, and I can exit and enter the game, and play other games (including Fifa 19). Just can't play do anything inside Fifa 20. I've updated the controllers, the console, the game, and all controllers are set to default settings. Controllers are Microsoft Xbox controllers. Of course, I've done several hard reboots, cleaned the disc, etc. Already spent a couple of hours looking for answers to this question, but so far unsuccessful.
