Sbc Ligue 1
I have completed the Ligue 1 SBC at 6pm and only 2/3 options came up, now I can’t go past this screen as I want Cyprien.

Confirmation from the FIFA team just came back: Cyprien only appears in the Player Pick "Ligue 1 Conforama SBC Reward 2" which went live today at 6 PM GMT.
If you completed the player pick before 6 PM GMT you won't be able to select Cyprien as he wasn't in the rewards at that time.
