Hello fifa! I recieved this massage: "Unable to retrieve account information. Please try again" .i asked some one and he said you probably baned.i just cant believe that! why? i do nothing.i am an employe with no mony because corona virus. thanks to you for your gift to baned me.i checked my email.cheating?how can i cheat with playing fifa? .Please fix the issue.believe me i dont anything against law .please aspecific show me what i did? consider maby you can mistake

Sorry for not seeing this sooner @Afshin_Mutd, from your post it sounds like you may be having issues with your connection. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

- Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Fill out any other details below.
- For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

NO answer yet after 5 day. i am depressd. playing fifa was unbelievebale to me during unemployment because of corona virus. if i had money i have never ask you to back my account because i havent a rich team in fut. plz help me. i did not angthing againt a law. plz check again and you figure out that. i have not enough money to buy Diapers to my little son. he encouraged me when i played fifa.
