Personal settings 1 failed to load
I’ve only played a few days on Fifa 20 and now every time I open up the game it tells me personal settings 1 failed to load. I’ve tried signing in with another account and then changing the profile using profile management but it just says “personal settings 1 failed to load” once I carry on with my account. I’ve tried resetting my internet, tried restarting my Xbox and I’ve tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling but it always gets stuck on the same problem. Help please

I'm having the same issue. I've uninstalled the game, removed my profile and even factory reset my Xbox 1. It still does it after re-install and re download of profile. Even if I sign into a friends Xbox with my profile it does it.
The only functioning workround I have is to sign in under another profile, go to the Profile Manager section of Fifa 20, then Profile Management and change back to my profile there.
Its becoming a bit frustrating having to do this every day. Is there another permanent solution?

@EA_Cade Nope, when I push cancel it just goes straight back to retry or cancel. The only way to get out of the message is to dashboard and restart the game. But then it will just work up to the message again

@TheRomanManager if you highlight FIFA on the dashboard and then hit the Start button and select Manage Game you should see an option on the left that says Saved Data, select that and then select your gamertag to delete the local data from the console only.
Make sure you're only deleting it from the console and not from everywhere or you'll lose that data forever.
After you do that, try launching the game again and let me know if you can get through.
