I try to load the game but it always gets stuck on the very first loading screen and I dont  understand why everyone else that I know can get on the game fine. Also I don't know if I'm being stupid and it's always been bkur but all the words are now coming up as blue and I don't know if that has anything to do with cause I just want to play the game and enjoy the  futmas promo but I can't cause the game won't load.
