Game keeps going to windowed mode
In between games, fifa decides to change the game into windowed mode causing me to disconnect from games. When this happens, the alt tab doesnt stop and happens every few seconds. Please advice.

Hey @marcursT if the game is being forced into windo mode when you are not alt-tabbing or setting the game as such then this can point to a conflict with another program.
It's no harm trying a clean boot of your system and then playing the game again to see if you see the issue repeated: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
