Conceding in the 90th minute, advantage in penalty box, keeper clearance kicks
First thing, if I am ever winning by 1 goal or drawing I always concede in the 90th minute, almost like my keeper is unable to save any shot he has against him
 
Second thing, I am always getting fouled in the box and only getting advantage which seems to last no more than half a second
 
Third thing, whenever i pass the ball to my keeper to do an clearance kick the kick from the keeper is always rubbish and doesnt go very far and is always low usually hitting a player
 
Anyone else getting any of these issues?

Always happens to me. 

Match was supposed to be over on 92 minutes yet my opponent was able to grab a winner on 97 minutes. I've had loads of offside goals count against me.

I've had penalties given when I've headed the ball away yet the replay shows my player sliding in with a challenge. 

You won't get any answers from EA, they'll tell you they'll look into it yet by the time you hear anything the next fifa will be out.
