Whenever i open a pack/recieve an item my game crashes
Im on xbox and this has been happening for 4 days now and I was told an ea help to uninstall and reinstall the game.This however did not work and after following some other instructions such as deleting squad updates nothing has worked. I am a bit confused as I have had no update on this issue in 4 days and it heavily affects my gaming experience especially as I'm meant to stay in and play fifa. Can I please have some help???
