Account got hacked. EA Help told me they will give my stuff back

sorry for the bad English in advance. I m no native speaker.
after one month of fighting with EA Help ( chat on their website / call agent / twitter / Facebook ) I finally give up.
so one month ago my account got hacked. who nows how. I have two way authentication and whatnot but when I logged in suddenly all my tradeable content was sold and all my coins were gone ( most expensive card was TOTYn Messi, Coins about 730k + round about 2 mil in tradeable cards.
I contacted ea support ( chat ). they checked everything, told me that my account was compromised and escalated the case to a "special" team. two weeks later I contacted them again and asked about the status of my case. they told me that investigation is done and I will get my content back. see attached screenshot.
another two weeks later today I received an email that they won't don anything about my situation.
do you maybe know somebody I can contact via twitter or something? when I call ea support hotline they just tell me they won't help me and then hang up.
in my opinion that's not how you treat your customers and a disgrace. I bought Fifa every year since 98... I don't know the problem. helping should be so easy for them...
this makes me really sad...fifa was my favorite game and I had a lot of fun with it. but when you lose your stuff you "worked" hard for... you lose motivation completely.
if anybody knows something to help me. please let me know. anyway to contact this special team?
