Fifa Ultimate Team Not Loading

Hello, yesterday i reintalled OS and after i downloaded again Fifa 20, when i'm selecting Fifa Ultimate Team is stucking, probably something happened to cloud save, it seems broken. I wrote a ticket to EA like 16 hours ago... still not an answer... Best support i ever seen.
