RTTF UCL cards query
Do players who finish 3rd in their group and therefore drop from UCL into UEL continue to upgrade if they have RTTF card?

progressing via 3rd place wouldn't be an upgrade.I assume they don't upgrade after the group stage in the same way that someone who progresses from the group would?
