Premier League overlay

Premier Leagie overlay doesn't go away when starting a game, I've recently updated the game for Xbox One console but hasn't seemed to have fixed it. This has been happening for some time now. Any ideas of the fix?

Also the starting 11 scrolling along the bottom of the screen all say 'Undefined' in replacement for the players name

I have just recently updated the game for Xbox one platform but this hasn't seemed to have fixed this
