Lost Connection to EA Servers

Hi,

 

I have recently reinstalled Fifa 20 on my xbox and gone to get online, but no matter what I try always comes up with lost connection to EA Servers, I have tried every atep of the trouble shooting and also tried a wired and wireless connection. 

Any help?

Hi @MacLew95,

Can you try these steps please, from the Xbox dashboard select Settings- All Settings- Network- Network Settings- Advanced Settings- Alternate MAC address - Clear- Restart. Then let me know if this persists?
