I posted this before, but it was deleted because it would not have anything to do with the specific thread (even though it did). But I will start a new one as requested. 

I’ve added 3 screenshots to show my problem. I also have a 6 second video but it won’t let me upload it because the file is not supported. 
This problem occurs 100%.

PS4

Updated version 1.18

- Started career mode, problem occurred with introducing a newly signed player by the commentator.

- Uninstalled an reinstalled FIFA 20.

- Started a new career as manager just to be sure.

- Signed a new player.

- Start the game and when the commentator starts to introduce the new signing, the screen freezes while the game keeps running in the background.

Please EA, can you help? The new update doesn’t seem to function correct and to has caused (for me) new errors. All these errors since 1.17 is really taking away the gaming experience.
