Last weekend I was not able to play fifa due to a bug in the game. My game froze and there was nothing I could do about it. Because of this, I wasn’t able to partake in the majority of the fut champs games. I play every weekend and get high scores each week for the last 15 weeks. I can prove my fut champions record and was very upset to not be allowed to play in it this weekend. I have lost all my potential rewards and all my fut champs points to be able to Re-enter into the weekend league. I will also miss out on the rewards, which I enjoy to receive each week. I spoke to someone 2 days ago about compensation because of the bug, but they said to message back in 2 days. I hope you can help me with some form of compensation. I have been playing fifa since 2012 and have never tried to cheat the system. Never tried to buy coins, get free rewards or anything like that. With the amount of money and time I’ve put into this game I hope someone on EAs end can help. I’m just an honest player and lover of the game who believes they have been robbed of rewards due to a mistake on EAs end. I hope you can help me with this. Thank you.
