@EA_Cade Hello I have the exact same problem from yesterday, I just bought FIFA 20 and everytime I try to log into the EA servers a notifications pops up saying :"gameplay screen blocked you have entered a blocked scene" and then the whole screen freezes and I can't press cancel and have to go back to the home screen of the PS4

Hi @chadic06,

I've split your post off here as the thread you were in was quite old.

Can you attempt to connect via a hot spot please? It sounds like something on your ISP side is blocking you from loading and accepting the Terms of Service for FIFA 20.

Once you connect via a hotspot and accept these, you can go back to using your normal connection.
