Hey all, 

We've seen an influx of players contacting live support attempting to locate their account information to either update it, or to log in on the Web and Companion Apps. 

You can actually find this information in game by following the steps here:

1. Scroll right in the main menu to Customise.
2. Open Online Settings.
3. Open EA Account.

Here you’ll find your public ID, your email address that’s linked to your EA Account, and your join date.
