FUT Champions DC: refund game?
Hi, I was playing a game of FUT champions when I lost connection to opponent, this was due to an error with the games servers, but it counted as a loss for me. Can I get this game refunded please?
p.s. I have footage of the disconnect aswell

Earlier, many people reported such an error. It is unknown what is caused.
If you want a refund, check this page. Maybe it is still possible:
- Within 24 hours after you first launch the game.
- Within 14 days from the day you bought it, if you have not launched the game.
- Within 14 days from the release date if you pre-ordered the game, if you have not launched the game.

If your game session is interrupted the game will determine based on several factors whether the game is recorded as a win, loss or if it's replayed as if it never happened. This process is entirely automated and we have no sway over its outcome I'm afraid.
